Walmart offers a prepaid Visa for money, where you load money on paper and then as a Visa credit card. There are loading, but a monthly fee. The cost is $ 16.59 for the first month and $ 21.54 in the second.
The Walmart Money card can be purchased at any Walmart location. A bank account or credit check is not needed. The card is then activated with a phone call.
